Our Story
By the way, I’m Charlie,
The Founder of Flow State Creative.
I spent 12+ years in the creative and advertising industry, working with some of the world’s most iconic and innovative brands – the ones shaping culture and influencing our lives. On paper, it looked like success. But inside, there was a hole I tried to fill with all the things money could buy.
Over time, I began to develop a deep reverence for the Earth. I realised that nothing material could fill that empty space, and I wanted to honour the healing and wisdom the Earth had given me. Slowly, I came to understand something even bigger: this hole was by working in a system that relentlessly sold people more things they didn’t need, and I had been contributing to a larger problem – one that was harming our bodies, infiltrating our minds, and depleting the Earth and her abundance.
That realisation led to the birth of Flow State Creative.
We exist as a bridge – a way to use our skills for good, and to work alongside entrepreneurs who are also following their unique calling within. We help bring the vision into the tangible world – even when all the pieces aren’t yet in place. We exist between dreams and reality, between purpose and impact and we are deeply honoured in doing so.
